Feeling Lucky?!

Well...we are...lucky to have such great teachers for my kids this year in school!! So we had to make them some green popcorn! Trina and I took an online class last year with Big Picture Scrapbooking with Heidi Swapp...man...this girl is AMAZING!! We got so many ideas we could use!! This popcorn idea came from that...people love it...and it tastes SO yummy!!



Try it!!
Air pop 1/2 c. popcorn kernals (sift through and take out any unpopped kernals!)
melt 1 bag of (white) Wilton candy melts in microwave for 2 min.
Stir in green food coloring until nice and green.
Mix melted green chocolate over the popcorn and stir carefully to coat evenly!
Spread out on wax paper and allow to cool and dry.
Package cute...and make someone LUCKY



Got up early enough to make these gift bags...and shower, so that I wasn't running the kids to school this morning in my bathrobe.....sounds terrible, but the school is not far, so then after taking them I come home and start my day...decided to be different today..and feel organized...it
felt GOOD!
