Snow day today!!

I was SO happy when the Puyallup School District called at 6:15 am today to say "that ...because of the SNOW...school has been cancelled!" Hooray!!!!!! This means....we get to sleep in...have a late breakfast....go make tracks and play in the freshly fallen snow....have hot chocolate with whipped cream., a few games of bowling on the WII...make a fire and get warm...and have a lazy day!
And that is just what we did!! It wasn't that cold out, so we were able to stay out for quite a while. We got some snow in little dixie cups and made our own snowcones...(the highlight of the kids day I think!!) Somehow eating this CLEAN snow....is so much fun!! We are hoping the roads freeze now, making it hard to travel..... and another snow day tommorrow!!
